Pricing
Fixed monthly plans. Only files that are accepted count toward your monthly uploads — opening the picker, scanning a QR code, retries, rejected and failed files don’t.

Prices in USD. These are launch packages and may change; your plan’s limits are always shown in the dashboard. MB and GB are decimal (1 MB = 1,000,000 bytes).
How limits work
Accepted files per month
One file that reaches “ready” counts as one upload, whether it came from a phone or a computer. Free plans use calendar months (UTC); paid plans follow your billing cycle. When you reach the limit, new uploads pause with a clear message in your dashboard — your visitors only see that uploads are temporarily unavailable, never an upgrade prompt.
Live storage and retention
Storage is the total size of your accepted files that haven’t expired or been deleted. Files are kept for your plan’s retention period, then deleted. Deleting a file frees storage but does not refund the accepted upload.
Delivery
Delivery is a monthly budget, not an exact real-time cap. CDN access logs are delayed and best effort, and issuing a signed URL doesn’t prove bytes were downloaded. We show measured delivery with its timestamp and keep URL lifetimes short. V1 bills a fixed subscription — no metered overage charges.
Downgrades and cancellations
We never delete retained files because you downgraded. If you’re over the new plan’s limits, new uploads pause until you’re back within them, and the dashboard shows how to resolve it.
